Kindergarten Registration at Rivercrest Elementary on March 2nd from 5:00 to 6:30.
Parents should bring the following:
1. Certified Birth Certificate
2. Social Security Card
3. Tennessee Certificate of Immunization with proof of a physical (Complete for K-6th grade and signed by the physician)
4. Proof of Residence (to check for correct school zone)
5. Parents Drivers License to be copied
6. Custody Paperwork (if applicable)
