Rivercrest has been recognized as an Apple Distinguished School for the 2025-2028 program term! This prestigious honor was given to Rivercrest because of our innovation, creativity, and educational excellence, and using Apple products to create exemplary learning practices.

Big news for the future of STEAM at Rivercrest!! Rivercrest was awarded a $5,000 Robotics Grant from TVA (Tennessee Valley Association) to support our student robotics program. This was sponsored by TVA and BVI and administered by the Tennessee STEM Innovation Network.

Big shoutout to our STE(A)M teacher, Mrs. Folson, and our Dean of Instruction, Mrs. Nichols, for securing this grant. This program will give students hands-on experience to prepare them for careers as engineers, innovators, and even future TVA employees. This will also give our students an opportunity to attend robotic competitions with students from around the world.
