Tennessee Department of Education (TDOE) has announced that it has suspended TNReady testing for grades 3-8

Each district in the state, including Bartlett City Schools, is lacking testing materials as of Wednesday, April 27. Districts were given the flexibility to administer assessments if all materials for a specific subject (i.e. fourth grade math) have been received, however in an effort to protect remaining instructional time, Bartlett City Schools will not test any students in grades 3-8.

TNReady and End of Course testing at Bartlett High School and Bartlett Academy began on Monday, April 25 and will continue through Thursday, April 28. BCS 8th grade Algebra I students have completed TNReady testing with a make-up day Thursday, April 28. TDOE has stated that districts that have opted to administer SAT 10 (2nd grade testing) will continue with SAT 10 testing as scheduled.
